The process of getting your Will or Power of Attorney in place:

We will begin by getting an understanding of your requirements and considering whether there are ways to mitigate inheritance tax or care fees.
Once we have explored your options, we will prepare a draft Will/Power of Attorney for you to consider.
When you have checked your draft, we will have these printed and bound; ready for you to sign. This can take place at home, or you can attend our office. Where required, we can offer a home visit depending on your location.

(Note the OPG fee of £96 per POA is not included in our fixed fee. VAT is applicable on legal fees but not the OPG registration fee)

Will Creation

It is never to early to get your will written and we are here to help with this. We will also store your will in our secure fireproof safe.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

A document which allows someone else to act on your behalf, in the event that you become unable to make your own decisions. These are usually drafted at the same time as your will, but can be done separately.
